I feel like you get injured when you least expect it. Like when you’re swimming and trying to tread water, and then somehow kick the stairs of the swimming pool. This shit got sixth grade me in crutches. There is no good in life. When you are low, there is always lower. My middle school built the gym weird and stuff making it so there’s like six steps down before you can enter the gym. Anyways, I was tryna get down the stairs with my crutches, made a small mishap and plummeted a couple feet down.
A couple of weeks ago I was doing laundry instead of going to a party cuz I wanted to chill. Then I rolled my foot. Like how do I get hurt when I’m not tryna do anything. And like you know the thing where you’re having a bad day but then everything goes against you. Like your hoodie getting caught somewhere or your drawstring getting stuck in a chair. The other day. I hit my knee. Shit hurt. Then I hit it again in the exact same spot. It’s always the exact same spot.
You know. I’m running out of injuries I want to talk about. Let’s transition into something similar. Fingerprints. Everyone has them. But I lose them seasonally. Every winter/dry season, it seems like my fingers get just a tad bit dry, and as a result, I lose my fingerprints. This is a big no no because my MacBook Pro, from 2019, has a fingerprint scanner. Once I lose my fingerprints, I can no longer log into my Mac within 0.5 seconds. I have to manually type in my password. This is not ideal. But the next day, I wake up and see that my fingerprints have grown in. I rejoice as I can finally use my fingerprints again.
I already wrote about injuries, so let’s talk thoughts. You ever zone out, then look at someone? Then you kind of view them in this moment as like a character. It’s kind of funny watching people live their lives from an outside perspective. Also some people talk too much. Why do you always need to say something. Yap yap bro. Subway sandwiches are pretty good here yo.
